APG HALLOWEEN — VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
One of the BIGGEST events in the APG Calendar!!! Last year we had over 1000 visitors! Help us cook up the 2026 Haunted Ballroom & Trunk‑or‑Treat at the AA Rec Center — because we can’t pull off all these tricks without you!
Volunteer Opportunities:
Setup Crew - October 19–23, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Lend a hand turning the AA Rec Center into a fang‑tastic Halloween wonderland full of eerie fun and creepy charm!
Costumed Characters - October 23, 4–8 p.m.: Ready to creep, crawl, cackle, or captivate? Bring your best Halloween look and help make the Haunted Ballroom come alive!
Trunk‑or‑Treat Hosts - October 23, 4–6 p.m.: Decorate your vehicle's trunk and help deliver sweet treats to little monsters! Please bring the candy you plan to hand out. No promotion of personal businesses without an approved sponsorship or advertising contract.
Ghoulish DJ Magic - October 23, 4–8 p.m.: We are also looking for a volunteer DJ who can spin eerie beats and frightfully good tunes to fill the ballroom with all the sounds of Halloween — it’s going to be a monster mash‑up!
