Family Fitness Combine Competition

Registration: Please register the day of the event. Begins at 5:30 p.m. (no entries after 6 p.m.)
Location: APG CYS Flag Football/Soccer field, behind Bldg 2521 (Bayside Drive)
Cost: FREE!
Each participant will compete in all four events in separate age groups! Medals awarded for the top 3 in each age group!
- 40-Yard Dash
- 3-Cone Drill
- Shuttle Run
- Standing Long Jump
Separate boys and girls age groups (age cut-off date is Apr 19, 2019):
- Ages 3-5
- Ages 6-8
- Ages 9-11
- Ages 12-15
- Ages 16-Adult
