The APG Triathlon

Location: Registration: AA Athletic Center; Event: Shore Park
Who may participate: All over the age of 15 yrs.
Cost: Free

Team APG is hosting a Triathlon in conjunction with the Physical Health Working Group to close out the Summer months and Summer Vacation and support the Senior Commanders FIT program.

The Triathlon consists of 3 events:
- 750 yd Pool Swim
- 20km Bike
- 5k Run
