APG Strong Competition

Location: AA Athletic Center, Bldg 3300
Participants: Male & Female - Soldiers, Civilians, Dod Contractors
Male and Female Dead Lift and Bench Press. Individuals will compete in the event they choose separately with three tries. The highest weighted score will decide the winner for each event.
