NAF Property Sale

TERMS OF SALE:

• All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".
• Items are sold FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED and by OPEN BIDS for select items.
  • All FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED items must be paid by 4 p.m., on the days of the sale (March 4-6, 2025).
  • All OPEN BIDS (bid price starts at $50.00) must be submitted by 4 p.m., day of the sale (March 4, 2025 only). The Open Bid item process will be on site the day of the sale (each item/item group will have a bid sheet) and will conclude with the highest bidder being notified for payment and pickup coordination within a 2-day period.   Some Open Bid Items may have a Buy It Now price, which may or may not be identified for the selected items. If the hidden reserve price is not met the item may not be sold.
• NAF, MWR, ACS staff and their family are not eligible to participate in the NAF Sale.
• Items cannot be reserved or held in advance.
• Dismantling, moving and transporting items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Credit cards accepted. Cash much be exact amount.
• All sales are final and there will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
• All items must be picked up by March 12, 2025 or at time of payment. (No refunds for items not picked up by deadline.)
• All prices and rules are subject to change.
• All sales are final and sold "AS IS" with no warranties, as many items may be NON-SERVICEABLE.
• On the Day of the Sale if there is a disagreement in terms of who selected the item for purchase first, a dedicated staff member may raise the price of the item being purchased by $1, $5, $10, $25 increments (as in an auction/open bid sale).
• Bidders may have representatives fill out the Open bid forms.
• No NAF/MWR/ACS personnel or their family can purchase items, place a bid, or act as a representative for a bidder or place bidding info on the Open Bid forms for actual bidders.

All items not carried out on the day of the sale, will be coordinated for pickup with MWR staff.  Buyers must agree upon date of pickup at the time of payment.

MWR has the discretion to charge additional fees for late pickups.  Any item not picked up at the agreed upon pickup time is subject to an additional administrative fee and or a storage fee of 2% per day.
