Description: Co-ed. This is a 60-minute fun high energy interval class that mixes spinning with strength training! Participants will spend 5-10 minutes on the bike then off the bike for 5-10 minutes for weight training utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells or rubberized resistance, then back on the bike for more fat burning cardio, followed by strength etc.
