Military Families and Community members will be informed of special education resources available through the APG Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) Partners for Success Resource Center. Opportunities to participate in Q&A session with HCPS personnel will be available to help families navigate the special education process.
