Join Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Senior Commander Major General Mitch Kilgo; senior Army leaders; civic partners; and the Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania regional Gold Star community for a celebration of the lives, service, and dedication of the fallen members of our armed services and their families. An annual tradition at Top of the Bay, APG, will also include an outdoor ceremony for a new pavilion at the APG Gold Star Plaza and Living Legacy Forest.
